Proces Management functionality is available for the operator. Managing the operations (data retrieved from the vehicle), application (up time data of  Maestronic and 3rd party applications running on MNP) and the operational process (location, on schedule) are possible.

For the maximum availability of the system, the Maestronic systems are equiped with self diagnosis software that in case of a malfunction contacts the backoffice for support wit a alert. Through remote management the service desk of Maestronic can solve the issue immediately.
